Booking Conditions
Once we confirm availability and the total price you are required to pay a reservation deposit of 25%.
Payment can be made by debit/credit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.
The remaining 75% is payable when you arrive.
A checkout cleaning charge is £30 is payable for each booking.
The price is based on 1 person there is £5.00 per night charge for 1 extra person.

I am from Greece and I am student. I like the double room because has new design and flooring is wood so look nice. I bring my girlfriend over to stay with me for two weeks in christmas and new year time and we like the apartment very much. We meet new friends and we enjoy our time in London very much. We live close to metro - bakerloo kilburn. The weather was not nice so we spend time in the apartment talking with the house friends. We make new friends on facebook and i live very much this apartment.

We waited 30 minutes for the host to arrive. He said he was held in traffic. Apartment was what we expected. Apparently it is serviced weekly. We stayed only for one week so we didnt see this. Wifi was a bonus. Next to train station and 5 minutes walk to the highstreet. A cheap option which saved us alot of money.

Ground floor apartment ! There were lots of rooms. We got room B which had a huge window. The rooms were pretty empty but had a comfortable bed. Living room was a bit messy but the cleaners come if you called the host. The kitchen was functional and overall the apartment is well laid out. This apartment was in Zone 2 . I thought it was Zone 1. A good service of buses and trains are 5 minutes away. There was a good selection of restuarants on the highstreet. 4 out 5

Our room was spacious and bigger than we anticipated. I stayed here with my friend and we were provided with a fold down bed which was fairly comfortable. We stayed in room E which is by far the largest. We had a PS3 in the living room which people got annoyed about but we got a tv to play this in our room. We had a small outdoor area. We paid £40 per night. We had a fridge freezer and our own cutlery to use. Near to the train station. Good place
