Cricklewood, Area description: The area by the station is dominated by the railway, freight depots, and motor-ways, however the surrounding roads are residential. Properties vary from 1930’s semis, converted flats, to Victorian and Edwardian homes. The centre of Cricklewood is still affordable, but prices tend to rise as you head towards Hampstead. Whilst there is a train station, the nearest tube is Golders Green. And the North Circular makes it convenient for drivers. The area is popular with families and there are plenty open parks and playing fields locally.
