The house has just been completely refurbished.
Both rooms are quiet and overlook the rear garden. They are available furnished (to high standard) or unfurnished. Both renters would share one of the bathrooms. The rooms are painted in neutral colours with a light carpet, both contain TV sockets and plenty of plugs.
We're looking for people who would like to share a glass of wine or the odd meal together, has their own interests and is easy going...:-)
