We are a couple looking for a place to live for at least 13 months in London. I am British and Shane is Australian. We need the accommodation from the 20th and we arrive back into the UK on the 19th....

I am a 24 yo aussie female professional (non-smoker) seeking a double room in houseshare or flatshare within London zone 1-2.
I'm friendly, tidy and easy to get along with and would like the same from my flattie.
I am looking for bright, airy and reasonable sized room which comprises a double bed, wardrobe or chest of drawers , good location with convenient transport connections and good local amenities.

Hey my names samantha im 21 and im moving to london from australia on the 4th of april.. i would really like to set up accommodation for when i arrive. im looking for something under 150 pounds a week. I currently plan on staying a minimum of 6 months, maybe longer .. depends on how i like it. but i only bought a one way ticket, haha im pretty much screwed if i dont like it :)
Im pretty easy going, love going out.. im a pretty happy person , i hate drama and i dont care if i live with a smoker or non smoker but im a NON smoker .
anyways if anyone is looking for a roomie, prefferebaly in an apartment close to the tube ( as you call it ) please let me know :)

Dear landlords,
I run a relocation agency and as it is now expanding I need more landlords to work with. I currently work with great private landlords but rooms are getting scarce.
I do not charge any commission. My aim is to create a good working relationship beneficial to you and me. I provide the tenants you provide nice and cosy rooms.
All my clients are French and are generally coming over for 6 to 12 months (sometimes only 3 months). I am therefore looking for short term and long term contracts.
My clients have all been decent and respectful.
Not only do I help my clients with their accommodation but I also help them with their job search. All of them find a job pretty easily within 1 or 2 weeks so they can provide for themselves. They do have their parents support as well.
I am looking for properties around North and East London zone 1 to 3.
Budgets normally range between £80 to £100.
