Q. How do I register?

A. Click on the Landlord button to Register As a new user, and fill out the form to create a User Account Please ensuring that all required details are filled accurately as possible. Make sure you include a valid email address, as we need this to verify your advert. You’ll receive your own ID and Password allowing you access to create and update your account. You’ll have 24-hour access to instantaneously add, delete, or change your property’s information.


Q. Why send password to my email address?

A. The purpose of this confirmation procedure is to check that your address is reachable. Once you receive your user name and password, you can start adding your property

This is a standard procedure to help maintain the security and privacy of all users. Once your email address has been verified, you may use any of the services offered by without having to complete this confirmation again.


Q. How do I submit adverts to

A. Use your login details to enter to your Control Panel to Manage your properties, here you can upload or update your listing 24/7 your images, edit, renew, and delete your property advert.

This convenient system is especially beneficial when you change rates or office hours, add amenities, or want to upload newer pictures.


Q. How can I make my ad stand out?

Property Descrption: You’re here to rent your property – people will only contact you if they like the sound of your advert. How far the property from shops and stations, if shared accommodation how many people sharing and where are they from, age? Etc… Please provide any extra features i.e. balconies, views, wood floors, high ceilings, gym facilities, secure parking etc

Property Photo: A good photograph helps find tenant. The photo should be of the front of the property and taken in good light with as sharp a focus as possible.

Q. How much does it cost to advertise online?

A. Advertising on costs just £11 plus vat for 30 days advertising – helping you reach thousands of prospective tenants.

A. We have three simple payment options, you can choose one which suits your:

Q. How do I pay for my advert online?

A. When you have finished creating your online ad, you will be taken to a secure server at PayPal, operates a secure online payment system. This means that information you provide such as your credit or debit card number is encrypted so that it cannot be read or intercepted by other people
After making your payment, we will email you to confirm receipt.

Q. When will my advert go live on

A. Your advert will go online from the date you have chosen to start advertising providing your ad has cleared our vetting process by this date. The vetting process typically takes up to two working days.


Q. Can I change, renew or remove my adverts once they have gone live?

A. You can update your ad free of charge from our control panel, if you need to change any of the details i.e. contact name and telephone number or if you wish to alter any of the details about the property. You can also renew your ad for which you will be charged accordingly or remove it from our database. Removed adverts are held for four weeks in your advert manager before being deleted. During that period you can renew the advert if you wish.


Q. How to upload your images?

A. If you have a digitised image in ‘jpg’ or ‘bmp’ format you can submit this to us by clicking form your control penal Manage Your Properties then the ‘house’ image then click ‘Browse’ button and selecting the appropriate image. Or you can send us your photo as an email attachment or by post. This will require scanning the photo yourself. Please follow these guidelines when scanning your photo:

  • Scan at 72 dpi, this is the maximum resolution a PC monitor can use
  • Size your image to 300 pixels wide by 200 pixels high (105 x 70mm)
  • Save your scanned image as a jpeg and apply maximum compression
  • Use your surname as the file name when saving
  • Ensure your final jpeg image is not bigger than 15Kb in size may need to retouch and/or resize your photo in order to post it with your advert. Attach your final image to an email and send it to webmaster including your name, the full address of the property shown in the photo, and your telephone number. is unable to provide technical support for sending email attachments. If you are unable to scan or attach images to an email, please send us the photo by post.

Q. What if I forget my password or want to change my registration details?

A. If you forget your password, just click on Member Help, enter your email address and we will send it to you. If you want to change your registration details, enter your User Name and Password in the fields on the left of the screen. Click on ‘Sign In’


Q. Which of my personal details will appear in my advert?

A. None of your personal details will be shown to prospective tenants without your consent. The advert form will by default show the contact details you entered when you registered but you can change these and decide which ones tenants will use to contact you i.e. by email or by telephone or both.

Q. How do I prevent the full address of the property being shown in my ad?

A. The Ad will display the address without the house number or flat number, for example if on the property registration you entered the address as 70 Hollywood Road, Bayswater, London W2 5TR only Hollywood Road, Bayswater, London W2 would be listed on the website for prospective tenants.


Q. How much traffic is there?

A. We are currently attracting approximately 26,000 visitors per month, We have which translates to over 1.2 million hits per month. This traffic is projected to rise sharply to coincide with our comprehensive search engine positioning strategy.


Q. How do you know if it is successful?

A. Our 1 click email system facilitates the communication between landlords/agent and tenants. With 1 click – a prospective tenant can have a preformatted email sent to the Landlord/Agent on their behalf. We are able to track these emails and a landlord/Agents can expect to receive about 5 enquiries a week per property. This does not include the prospective tenants who visit landlord/agents websites or rings them directly as a result of an advert on our site.


Q. How many Landlords/Agents use your site?

A. We have over 1500 registered landlords and Agents and over 3000 properties in London. These numbers are growing fast.


Q. How will I be able to see if it is working?

A. At any time you can log onto the site and view performance. Our reports will tell you how many prospective tenants have looked at each of your properties in detail. Try adding one property – after you see how easy it is and how many prospective tenants contact you – you will wonder why you didn’t start using it earlier!


Q. Do you have a refund policy?

A. We have a 48 hours refund policy. If within 48 hours of making a payment with us you change your mind, we will refund your money: simply contact us on 0207 792 7926.


Q. I’ve paid for my ad but it’s not coming up on a search and it hasn’t appeared in my Control Panel – what’s happened to it?

A. It’s likely that your advert is still undergoing our vetting process. Ads are regularly updated so your ad should appear soon unless there is a problem, in which case you will be contacted by customer services.
