Whilst the company undertakes to use it’s best endevours to ensure that any information on this website is accurate neither The Company, nor any of it’s clients, agencies, or other related third parties make any gaurentee as to the accuracy of the information contained on the site.
The company also does not accept any liability for any errors, ommissions, or mis-statements, which are placed on the site by any other party.
The Company expressly excludes laibilty, or responsibility for any losses or damages, incurred by any third party, arising as a result of direct or indirect reliance on any information contained on the site, or contained in any other such appropriate site.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any application for registration, to the company site. The company reserves the right to do this if, the company believes that, by accepting any such application, the company is placing itself, a third party,or any other associated party, at the risk of detriment.
It is the express responsibilty of the landlord, agent, or any other third party to undertake their best endevours, to ensure the accuracy of any information, prior to suppying the company, with any such information. It is an implied term of any business transaction that the lordlord, agent, or any other third party has undertaken such best endevours in the supply of any such information. Any such information provided by such parties should be relied on as representations only and, at all times, the onus remains on the tenant to ensure that any such representations are correct. The Company assumes no liability if any such representations are found to be incorrect. At all times the company advises the tenant to check the accuracy of any such information and to exercise due diligence in the inspecting of any such property.
The company strongly advises that the Tenant verifies all relevant information prior to visiting any property. The Company also advises that the tenant attend any such viewings of the property, with the appropriate individual, as they feel that any such need arises.
The company may, from time to time, run certain promotions, or other promotional acitivity, which may be of interest to the landlord, tenant, or any other associated party. Any such promotion will run for thirty days only and will run on a thirty day calendar basis. Any party participating in any such promotion is advised that any some promotions will run from thirty days, on a thirty day calaender basis. Any party entering into any such promotion is required to be aware that any some promotions will be based on the thirty day calendar basis, therfore participation in any such promotion will be based on the days remaining within any one calender month. Any party participating in any such promotion is advised to check the remainin length of any such promotion, before participating in any such promotion. These promotions may change from time to time and the onuse remains on any party particpating in any such promotion to check promotional lengths before participating in any such promotion. The data we receive, from landlords tenants or any other such party, may be used to provide relevant information, to the landlord, tenant agent, or any other third party, which the company feels may be of interest to any such party. The company reserves the right to provide any such information to third parties, which the company feels may be of interet to the landlord, tenant or agent. If the landlord, tenant, agent, or any other third party, feels that they do not wish to participate in any such promotion, they are advised to call the company at any time, to inform the company of their desire to withdraw from any such promotion. The Data Protection Act Applies in all matters on the above.
Employment / Documentation
The landlord is advised to obtain any relevant information regarding the employment status, or any other status, of the tenant and is strongly advised to enusre that the tenant is in a position to pay the required rent, prior to contracting with the landlord. The company assumes no liability for loss occuring from any failure to perform the above, by the landlord, agent, or any other third party. The company provides no warranty as to the accuracy of any such information and the landlord, agent, or any other third party, is advised to check the accuracy of any such information, prior to contracting with the tenant.
Complaints will be acknowledged, or dealt with to your satisfaction, within 5 working days. If we haven’t been able to resolve your problem within this period we will advise you of the time it will take to resolve your complaint and the name of the person who will deal with your complaint.
You can pay by credit card online through Barclaycard Merchant Services ePDQ, Paypal, or by personal cheque (UK only), or by phoning your credit card number through to our head office on 0208 123 8188 quoting your order Reference Number.
We reserve the right to change the advertising fees and billing methods at any time. We shall notify you of all such changes at your renewal date and your continuing use of the Web Site and our products and services will constitute acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without further notice if you do not accept any such changes or fail to pay our invoices.
Your advert would be activated immediately after the payment is received.
Our service to you commences when you complete the registration process and enter the site. Our service is provided to you prior to the end of the standard 7 day cancellation period, and as such is exempt from the right to cancel your entry and receive a full refund within 7 days under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. By registering with us you are acknowledging this fact. Our intention is to run an advertising service that people will return to use whenever they need us. Refunds are dealt with on an individual basis, and our priority is to ensure that you are happy with the site and our service. Any refunds are sent directly to the account holder via the credit card refund mechanism.
